TRANSCRIPTS REQUEST
TRANSCRIPT REQUEST PROCEDURE
To request official transcripts from the university, please follow the outlined procedure and utilize the Transcript Request Form provided:
1. Eligibility Criteria:
- Official transcripts will only be released to students who meet the following conditions:
- Completion of the BSc, MSc, or PGD program through one of our international affiliates.
2. Transcript Request Form:
- Download and complete the Transcript Request Form available on our official website.
- Ensure the form includes your signature, signifying your authorization for transcript release.
3. Submission:
- Email the completed Transcript Request Form to registrar@iuim-edu.online.
- Attach any additional documents, if required, to facilitate the processing of your transcript request.
4. Financial Obligations:
- Ensure that all financial obligations to the university are settled before submitting the Transcript Request Form.
- Transcripts will not be released until all outstanding fees are cleared.
5. Processing Time:
- Please allow sufficient time for processing and delivery of your transcripts. The standard processing time will be communicated to you upon submission of the request.
6. Confirmation of Request:
- Upon receipt of your Transcript Request Form, you will receive confirmation of its successful submission. Any discrepancies or additional information required will be communicated promptly.
Note: The university reserves the right to withhold transcripts if the specified conditions are not met. For any inquiries or assistance related to transcript requests, please contact the university registrar's office.
